    Extremely disappointing. We’ve been frequent customers for a long time and always pick up our orders, making sure to reiterate our dietary requests before the food is made. Yet, they’ve given us real duck instead of mock duck - twice! We’ve also specifically requested no egg while ordering, only to get home and find a fried egg on top. Clear instructions are constantly ignored. After so many mistakes, we’ll never be ordering from here again. If you have dietary restrictions, don’t risk it - this place is careless and incompetent.Dietary restrictions: Completely unacceptable. I’ve been a regular here for a long time, but after repeated mistakes, I won’t be back. Every time I pick up my order, I make a point to confirm dietary requests, yet they’ve still given me real duck instead of mock duck, more than once! Despite specifically requesting no egg, I’ve come home to find a fried egg sitting on top. It’s clear they don’t listen or care. If you have dietary restrictions, don’t risk it - this place is careless and incompetent.

    Every dish we ordered was dry .£. for some cardboard chips with way to much salt, literally gave me lumps on my tounge.Will not be ordering again, stay well clear !

    This on line service says % discount but they never add the % discount, and when you challenge them regarding this they just say you have to pay full price , surely they are not allowed to do this false advertising, plus they have put all their prices up and the food is not to its usual standards very disappointed, will not be ordering again

    delivered minutes after leaving he takeaway, arrived and the only thing that was wine was the cans of pop. Rang to ask for my money back and told they can’t give money back unless I return it myself even after paying £ deliver it to some rude smelly man .... Big big big mistake ordering from this poorly run takeaway and will never return
